You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. The site is provided as it is, and we make no promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Who owns what is on this page
The writing, design, photography and code on this site belong to Digital Samadhi, LLC. Client work is shown with permission and remains the property of those clients — their names, logos and trademarks belong to them.
Prices shown here
The membership prices and the $125 hourly rate published on this site are our current standard rates in US dollars. They are an accurate description of what we charge, not a binding offer — the price for your work is the one written in your agreement. We will tell you before any rate change affects an active membership.
Work outside a membership
Work taken on outside a membership, or work a membership does not cover, is billed at $125 per hour. We scope it and send you a written estimate first, and we do not begin until you have approved it. Payment is 50% on commencement and 50% on completion, unless your agreement says otherwise. If the work turns out to need materially more hours than we estimated, we tell you before we spend them — we do not exceed an approved estimate without your say-so.
How engagements work
A plain summary of what we hold ourselves to. The signed agreement governs.
- You own the work. Final deliverables and source files are yours once paid for.
- Memberships are month to month. No minimum term, no notice period, cancel by email.
- Pausing. You may pause a membership. Days you have already paid for roll forward.
- First two weeks. If a new membership is not right within the first two weeks, we refund 75% and you keep what we made.
- Scope. What is included and excluded is listed on the membership page and repeated in your agreement.
- Confidentiality. What you share with us stays with us.
Liability
We do our work carefully and stand behind it. To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the work concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
