Privacy
What we do with your information.
Short version: this site collects almost nothing, and we don't sell anything to anybody.

What this site collects
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and builds no profile of you.
The enquiry form on the contact page does not send anything to us directly — it opens your own email application with a message prepared. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in your mail client.
What we hold when you get in touch
When you email, call, or book a call with us, we keep what you send: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and whatever you tell us about your organisation. We use it to answer you and, if we end up working together, to run the project.
- We do not sell it.
- We do not share it with anyone outside the studio, except service providers we need to do the work (for example email and file storage).
- We keep it for as long as we have a working relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
Hosting and server logs
Our host keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses and browser information. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
Client work
Anything you share with us for a project — files, credentials, customer data, unreleased plans — is confidential. We do not publish client work without permission, and we hand over access rather than holding it.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Write to hi@digitalsamadhi.com.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above.
